We are seeking a highly driven & experienced fundraising professional, as Co-Founder, to join our leadership team who can provide strategic leadership in setting a time-bound “Fund-raising goal” to fuel i-Trusts’ ambitious growth map” over next 5 years.
Role Overview
The Director of Fundraising will lead all capital raising initiatives and investor relations, playing a crucial role in securing the company’s financial future. This position reports to the CBO/CEO and will be instrumental in formulating company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive time bound fundraising strategies for seed and Series A rounds.
Build and maintain relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, and other potential investors
Create compelling pitch decks and investor presentations
Lead due diligence processes
Structure and negotiate investment terms
Establish investor relations protocols and communications
Collaborate with leadership team on financial modeling and business planning
Secure multiple strategic partnerships in first year post-funding
Generate partnership-driven revenue or value equivalent to set targets
Establish partnership evaluation and management framework
Create scalable partnership program structure
Monitor fundraising landscape and identify strategic opportunities
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years experience in startup fundraising (Seed/ Series A) through VC/ Angel/ family offices focusing seed /Series A funding
Proven track record of successfully closing investment rounds from Seed to Series D
Strong network within the investment community FUNDING CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY BASED PRODUCT/SaaS STARTUPS
Excellence in financial modeling and valuation
Outstanding presentation and negotiation DEAL STRUCTURING AND CLOSING skills
MBA (Finance), Certified CA/FCA
Compensation Structure
Initial Phase: No base salary during fundraising period
Post-Funding:
Highly competitive base salary commensurate with experience
Significant equity package commensurate with experience and deal striking expertise
Performance bonuses tied to fundraising & partnership milestones

Successfully secure initial seed/Series A funding round within agreed timeframe
Develop robust pipeline of qualified investors
